FINAL YEAR UNDERGRADUATES OF MANAGEMENT FACULTY OF UNIVERSITY OF PERADENIYA VISIT NORITAKE

On 27^th May 2023, 28 final year undergraduates in the Management Faculty of University of Peradeniya visited Noritake along with the staff. They visited the factory to see the industrial environment with regard to the practical aspect of Contemporary HRM subjects they have learned and subsequently witnessed a presentation on HRM process of the company. They also participated in an interactive session with the Director/General Manager and the Asst. General Manager. Professor Richard Wickramarathne who headed the University team had a discussion with them about the potential internship and learning opportunities at Noritake for the undergraduates attached to the Faculty of Management.
