SMALL GROUP ACTIVITY (SGA) AWARDING CEREMONY 

Awarding Ceremony of “12^th Challenge Small Group Activity (SGA)” was held on 30^th June 2023 at the factory premises under the patronage of Deputy Chairman/ Managing Director and Board of Directors. One award for the service departments, five awards for the production departments and 02 awards for the production support departments were presented during the ceremony.  SGA is a very effective team activity conducted at NLPL to train and develop the staff and team members in the scientific problem solving process. NLPL SGA activities won 03 Gold Awards and 01 Bronze Award during the National Convention on Quality and Productivity Ceremony – 2022
